अपनी कहानी, कुछ रुहानी 
थोडी रुमानी, बाकी नफसानी ।
अपनी बातें, कुछ शिकायतें
थोडी आयतें, बाकी कुफर् की बातें ।
अपनी ज़िन्दगी, कुछ बन्दगी
थोडी संजीदगी, बाकी आवरगी ।
अब तक है बस इतना
चंद लफ्जों में सब सिमटा ।
किसको पता है
कल के माथे
क्या लिखा है ?
कल की तरह
वो कल भी तो पोशीदा है
हम रहे ना रहे
ज़िन्दगी बस जाविदा है ।
(Hmm…cant get over it ! every thing that m writing, its becoming me, myself n more of me. like this recent post. during school n college days, used to write diary regularly. recently discovered that i still have that old diary. going thru those old pages is always great fun. wondering what all i have done, why n where n how? good, bad, ugly everything. some secrets n some not so secrets. hav tried to put all those pages in this post. )
